This optional feature will send you a local push notification when you're shopping at a supermarket, eating a restaurant, grocery store, gas station, and more. Our Ambient Alert feature knows the specific name of your location and will provide you with the best card in your wallet to use. A NOTE ABOUT AMBIENT ALERTS: Ambient Alerts requires background GPS services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Ambient Alerts is optional and can be turned on and off in the Settings screen. WalletUp will keep track of everything with our all-new Spend Monitor. We'll alert you to changes in your spending activity in total, in a single card, or in a single category. If there is anything suspicious going on, we'll let you know, too.
